Gretchen’s practice is focused on all facets of insurance defense litigation. She represents employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters, and defends personal injury actions, including premises liability, product liability, auto liability, and professional negligence. In addition, she conducts legal research and analyzes complex insurance coverage issues. Gretchen also represents landlords in landlord/tenant disputes. She has handled jury trials to verdict, and has handled appeals to the Superior Court, the Commonwealth Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before entering private practice, Gretchen served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Madaline Palladino of The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
