Coverage

Employment Practice Litigation
We regularly represent employers in claims filed in state and federal administrative agencies and in state and federal courts alleging violations of Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act and the Equal Pay Act. In addition, the firm assists management clients in private sector labor relations by negotiating labor agreements, defending employers in labor arbitrations and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Workers’ Compensation
